Younger Voters Swell Obama Majority among Hispanics in Nevada
Latinos in Nevada continued President Obama's strong showing among Hispanics in the mountain states. Obama claimed a decisive 69% to 24% of Hispanic support over Republican challenger Mitt Romney, according to exit polling.
Obama won among virtually every major demographic group in the state. He did particularly well among younger voters in Nevada, claiming 76% of the vote among those younger than 45. In contrast, Obama won a 56% of the vote among Hispanics 45 and older.
