Partying Down at the White House
The Obamas may have left the official inaugural balls at 10:05 p.m. Monday, but that doesn't mean they had an early night.
It turns out the president hosted a star-studded after-hours party in the East Room of the White House. Giddy celebrities took to Twitter to talk about how much fun they had partying down with the president and first lady.
From Chrissy Teigen, John Legend's girlfriend:
I don't even know what to say. It's 3:15am and I just teared up seeing our president getting down at the white house.

Sometime after midnight, Katy Perry tweeted this declaration:
Just left the White House. All other parties from here on out will be judged unless they take place at the White House.

Kelly Clarkson:

A few politicians joined the fun too. Senator Dick Durbin D-Ill., told supporters today that the Obamas were still partying down when he left after 1 a.m.
Senator Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., tweeted this shortly after midnight:
Now we are rocking at the WH. Happy Inauguration. #2013inaug twitter.com/clairecmc/stat…

The Daily Mail did a rather extensive compilation of photos tweeted out by various folks at the party. Find that here and ABC's compilation of social media finds here.
