Official Seeks Mystery Man Linked To 'Smear' of Senator Bob Menendez - Rhonda Schwartz reports: A prosecutor in the Dominican Republic is seeking to identify the mystery man called "Carlos" who, allegedly in league with Republican operatives in the U.S., helped set up television interviews with three young women who now say they were paid to lie about having sex with Sen. Ashley Judd Gives Hint About Potential Senate Run- Ashley Judd made a rare reference to her possible political aspirations today, saying her mother, country star Naomi Judd, can't wait to turn her garage into campaign headquarters. Obama Forced to Drive Past Walls Between Israelis, Palestinians Into Bethlehem- Concluding his three-day trip to Israel, President Obama got an unplanned look at the political realities plaguing the peace process during a visit to Bethlehem this afternoon. The president was supposed to fly by helicopter to Bethlehem but a windstorm forced him to travel by motorcade instead. Obama Warns Syria Could Become Enclave For Extremists- Visiting Jordan today, President Obama warned that extremists could fill the political vacuum left when Syrian President Bashar Assad is finally ousted from power, creating another big problem for the region. "I am very concerned about Syria becoming an enclave for extremism because extremists thrive in chaos," the president said a joint news conference with Jordanian King Abdullah. "They don't have much to offer when it comes to actually building things, but they're very good about exploiting situations that are no longer functioning. Chris Christie Comes Out Against Gay Conversion Therapy- After initially saying he was undecided on the topic, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is against gay conversion therapy. Christie faced criticism when he said earlier in the week he wasn't sure if he would sign legislation banning the practice on minors. "Governor Christie does not believe in conversion therapy," spokesman Kevin Roberts said in a statement to the New Jersey Star-Ledger.
