Typo Holds Up Obama's Signature on FAA Bill- Congress can seldom be accused of moving too quickly, but that appears to be the case with the legislation that put air traffic controllers back to work after furloughs caused thousands of flights to be delayed. The Senate and House passed the bill at a breakneck pace late last week. President Obama had planned to immediately sign it into law, but administration officials tell ABC News he's not expected to sign it until Tuesday - after a spelling error in the legislation is fixed. http://abcn.ws/11RQQoG (Jeff Zeleny)

Obama DREAMer Policy Challenged - What would happen to hundreds of thousands given special protection by Obama administration? - Fusion's Ted Hesson: In August 2012, the Obama administration started a program that allowed young undocumented immigrants to legally live and work in the U.S. on a temporary basis. So far, more than 488,000 people have applied, and 268,361 have been granted a deportation reprieve under the program, called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). One of the biggest worries of applicants, however, is what might happen if the program ended. They might find out relatively soon. A lawsuit challenging the legality of that program appears to be gaining traction. See Also: Schumer and McCain See Huge Majority for Immigration Bill The suit was filed by several parties, including Chris Crane, a union leader for federal immigration agents. It makes the case that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is breaking the law by choosing not to deport undocumented immigrants it deems a low priority. By low priority, we're talking about undocumented young people and immigrants with a clean criminal record and an established presence in the U.S.

War on Drugs is Already Over? - From Fusion's Stephen Keppel - "

You may not have noticed but apparently the "war on drugs" is over. No one is claiming victory, but a group of influential leaders in the U.S. and Latin America have decided the term "War on Drugs" is out of date.

"While that might be up for debate, most agree that it's time for a change in strategy - away from the violent "war" and onto to strengthening public health and judicial systems.

At a recent debate on drug policy at the World Economic Forum on Latin America, panelist Oscar Naranjo, Colombia's revered former national police chief, said "when we add the concept of war, what happens is that the criminal knows his only option is death and so the logic is he has to kill or he will be killed. So, the term should be banned."

That doesn't mean the fighting is over, however. "During the Univision-hosted debate José Miguel Insulza, secretary general of the OAS, pointed out that the Americas is the only region in the world where the cultivation, production, trafficking, sale and consumption of illicit drugs "happen in a relatively comprehensive way, and that is what is affecting security and stability in our countries." Funny Mitch McConnell - Has Beer With Empty Chair After Obama Joke - Who wants to get a drink with Mitch McConnell? - The senator's campaign account just tweeted this photo of him, apparently at a bar in Kentucky, seated with a beer next to an empty chair and a glass of red wine. The tweet is addressed to both President Obama and Clint Eastwood (also of empty chair fame). This, of course, is McConnell's way of responding to the president's jokes over the weekend at the White House Correspondents Association dinner made at McConnell's expense. http://abcn.ws/12duv3t (Michael Falcone)
