Even The White House Dogs Are Dressed Up For State Dinner

First dogs Sunny and Bo are all gussied up, perhaps in preparation for today's state dinner with French President Francois Hollande.

First Lady Michelle Obama tweeted out a photo of the dogs - Sunny in a gold necklace and Bo in jaunty red collar - perched atop upholstered chairs at a table set for 10 on Monday.

"Bone appétit!" @FLOTUS quipped.

The Obamas' Portuguese water dogs have been fan favorites since they first arrived in the White House. Bo, reportedly named in honor of singer Bo Diddley, and Sunny, named for her bouncy personality, have been spotted romping on the South Lawn, greeting guests at the White House Christmas party, and hanging out with the president in the Oval Office.

And if President Hollande is allergic? No worries. The Obama dogs are hypoallergenic.
