Today is the day. Or at least we think it is the day that we learn about the smaller version of the iPad from Apple itself. After months of rumors and speculation, Apple executives will take the stage in San Jose to reveal the details about its new, smaller tablet - what's being called the iPad Mini.

There may be more up Apple's high-tech sleeve today; rumors are strong that Apple will detail a new 13-inch Macbook Pro with Retina display and a new Mac Mini.

Of course, we will know a lot more starting at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET when the event kicks off at the California Theatre. We will be there, bringing you the details in the live blog below.
