Usher's oldest son, Usher Raymond V, has been hospitalized in Atlanta, ABC News has confirmed. The 5-year-old was injured while swimming.

According to an incident report, the boy was playing in the pool on Monday evening when his hand got stuck in the drain. ( TMZ reported that he had dived down to free a toy that had gotten stuck.) After a relative and a housekeeper were unable to pull him loose, two men who were working on sound equipment in the house heard screaming and successfully intervened.

Afterward, one gave CPR to Usher V and revived him - after which the boy was transported to a hospital "conscious, alert, and breathing."

The former "Voice" judge, 34, who has two children with ex-wife Tameka Raymond, quickly went to his son's side.

Last summer, Foster's 11-year-old son from a former relationship, Kile, died from injuries he sustained in a jet ski accident.
