Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have shown off their gorgeous Santa Monica ranch (complete with stables!) , and it's safe to say that anyone would love to spend New Year's Eve there.

The talk show host, who recently quashed rumors that her marriage was suffering, said that she and her wife love being home so much that they plan to spend New Year's Eve there.

"New Year's Eve is special for us because it's the one night we stay up past 8. We usually have a quiet evening together," DeGeneres joked to ABC News. "Or maybe have a few friends over to watch movies. You know, Clooney, Aniston, Timberlake. We'll watch movies starring any of them."

All laughing aside though, DeGeneres, a spokeswoman for Duracell, which donated 1 million batteries to Toys for Tots, remained tight-lipped about her Christmas plans with DeRossi.

When asked what she'd be leaving under the tree for her love, DeGeneres was uncharacteristically quiet.

"Did Portia tell you to ask me that?" she said. "She's sneaky. I'm not telling."
