There's still plenty of bad blood between Jon and Kate Gosselin.

Discussing Kate's recently dismissed lawsuit in which she alleged Jon stole her computer hard drive and hacked her email, Jon Gosselin told Philadelphia Magazine, "Everyone thinks I'm out to get Kate. I don't give a f***! What would I get out of it? Everyone knows she's an a**hole, you know what I mean? I don't have to - she's proven that!"

His ex slapped him with the suit in August, alleging that Gosselin illegally hacked into her email account, phone and bank accounts, and "stole a hard drive" from her house, giving the contents of her email account and hard drive to his friend Robert Hoffman, who used it to write the book, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World."

Amazon.com and others dumped the book on the grounds that the information was "obtained illegally." Kate, 38, reportedly dropped the charges against both Gosselin and Hoffman last month.

Jon Gosselin Is Waiting Tables and Living in a Cabin

Once the star of America's most-watched reality-TV program, "Jon & Kate Plus 8," Gosselin now lives in a secluded cabin in the woods and working as a waiter, which, he told the magazine, "keeps me normal."

But he claimed his ex is still seeking fame.

"Kate wants to still be on television," he told Philadelphia Magazine. "She's now digging into the past, because that's what sells. Too late, honey. No one gives a f***, really."

Indeed, Gosselin, 36, will be the one returning to reality television Jan. 2, when Season 4 of VH1's "Couples Therapy" debuts with him and his girlfriend of two years, Liz Jannetta, sharing a house with Ghostface Killah and Farrah Abraham.

Gosselin also took a swipe at Kate's social media habits after quitting Twitter himself last year.

"She tweets everything," he told the magazine. "To the world, all about my children. I think it's disgusting and awful. They can't even have a normal life."

He told Oprah Winfrey in October that he and Kate have "two different totally parenting styles, two different totally everythings. Which is a shame, because it affects me, but it really affects my children."
