Jennifer Aniston, 45, is busy working on a few upcoming films, but she still finds time to fulfill her role as a brand ambassador for Aveeno skincare products. The "We're The Millers" actress acts as narrator for Aveeno's new, video short "The Beauty of Nature."

The longtime actress also opened up to Women's Wear Daily recently about her own natural beauty and being perfectly fine with getting older.

"Women and men today in their 40s are so much healthier than they were 30 years ago in their 40s," Aniston told WWD. "It was a different time. We know how to take care ourselves. We know what to put in our bodies to fuel us that's healthy and organic and not processed, and the importance of drinking water and cutting out sugars and bad fats. Before, we just didn't know that, and we didn't have the technology with skin care that we have today."

Aniston knows a thing or two about being healthy and what to fuel her body with, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have bad habits. Hoarding makeup products seems to be a practice Aniston just can't seem to shake.

"I get yelled at," the "Horrible Bosses" actress told People magazine. "I've had makeup in my drawer for 10 years that I should probably get rid of. I do get new mascaras and things like that, but I also have this weird thing [about saving]. Remember when Calvin Klein made makeup? That was in the '90s. I think I just threw out a lipstick of his."

It doesn't stop at makeup, though. The actress likes to hold onto old pieces of clothing that she finds sentimental.

"I have jeans from my twenties that I can't get rid of," Aniston joked. "I still have red loafers from ' Friends!' I have nostalgia about them."
