As a co-host of "The Chew," author and wellness expert Daphne Oz can get the fanciest and most luxurious beauty products on the market. When it comes to treating her own skin however, Oz, author of "The Dorm Room Diet," is a do-it-herself kind of girl.

Oz is known for concocting natural beauty remedies using everyday ingredients found not in the bathroom but in the kitchen. She appeared on " Good Morning America" today to share her beauty secrets and three of her beauty recipes that are perfect for fall.

'PUMPKIN PIE IN THE FACE' MASK

Good for sensitive skin. Moisturizing and brightening. Contains vitamins A, C and zinc.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons pumpkin purée

2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds ground in spice grinder

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Instructions:

Mix together and apply to skin.

'POTATO PUFF' UNDEREYE TREATMENT

Good for calming the sensitive undereye area.

Ingredients:

1 small grated potato

2 tablespoons applesauce

Instructions:

Mix in food processor and scoop onto strips ripped from an old T-shirt or pillowcase. Secure 5-inch strips with rubber bands and apply to undereye area.

' WILD OATS' CORRECTOR

Great for acne, dark spots and oily skin.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooked oatmeal (will use a portion of this in mask)

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 apple (grated)

2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

Mix and apply.
