Obama Just Wants to ‘Take a Walk’
Asked about first lady Michelle Obama’s incognito trip to Target Thursday, President Obama joked today that he doesn’t envy her secretive shopping. “I don’t even want to shop. All I want to do is take a walk,” he told Philadelphia radio host Michael Smerconish.
The day after the first lady was spotted by photographers shopping at the discount retailer in Alexandria, Va., the president said the she always reminds him that “nothing I do is undercover.”
“She always jokes about my motorcade. She gets embarrassed when she goes out with me because there’s an ambulance and a caboose and a dogsled. It trails for about a mile behind me,” he quipped.
The president said he was glad his wife “can sneak off” because “one thing she loves to do is go shopping at Target.”

Joe Biden Recalls Death of Wife, Daughter
Are our crack ABC reporters simply accepting that an AP photographer just happened to be in that particular Target store, and just happened to get by the Secret Service to within a few feet of Mrs. Obama, and just happened to take a couple of photos, even though nobody else in the store recognized her but the checkout clerk?
Okay, i’s a photo op – fair enough – but one can only assume that disguising it as some kind of quasi-paparazzi moment is part of a post-bling-and-designer-dresses effort to show she’s really just plain folks despite all that nouveau riche glitter.
Maybe someday we bitter clingers might even get to see her in the checkout line.

Hopefully, next November, the people will tell Obama to “take a walk”, then he will have his wish.

Usually those types of intense feelings reveal something about your self.

No, usually that type of intense hostility towards others says something about the problems with how you perceive yourself, something unfulfilled or inadequate.

“Retirement programs for former federal workers — civilian and military — are growing so fast they now face a multitrillion-dollar shortfall nearly as big as Social Security’s, a USA TODAY analysis shows.”
ABC is not only NOT COVERING this, but they are removing the post to show what they should be covering. DISGRACEFUL!

I think this line is very revealing. As I predicted after the May economic reports there has been a brewing under-the- radar movement in senior Democratic circles to remove Obama from the ticket in 2012.A primary is not realistic, because the result would be the abandonment of the Democrat nominee by the most loyal Democrat group-African-Americans. A Democrat nominee for President cannot win without at least 90% of the Black vote.Ergo, the only way to get Obama off of the ticket is to get him to take the LBJ option. The drop in large donor fundraising this week shows that what ever Obama appeal there was in the business community has evaporated.-it will be difficult to reach the funding levels of 2008.Not only is it becoming evident the Barack Obama is unelectable,it is becoming apparent that his presence on the ticket could lead to a Republican landslide with a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate and an even greater Republican majority in the House. At present I believe that the odds that Obama will run again are less than 50/50.The odds that he will lose if he runs are probably 90/10 or worse.
