Look out Emily Maynard.

If the most recent "Bachelorette," already split from Jef Holm, the man who stole her heart on the show, wants another stab at reality-TV love, she might have to learn the tango to ward off her competition, "Dancing With the Stars" pro Cheryl Burke.

Maynard, 26, who has called herself a "hopeless romantic," has not said specifically whether she wants back on the show, but the single Burke, 28, certainly has.

"I did meet with the execs but we'll see what happens," Burke told reporters from Us Weekly and Access Hollywood backstage at Monday's taping of " DWTS," ABC's other top-rated reality-TV show where she has danced for 14 seasons.

"There hasn't been a firm offer, but if they offer it to me, I would love to do it," she said.

A representative for ABC told ABCNews.com today, "We don't comment on speculations and rumor."

The uncertainty doesn't seem to be deterring Burke, still in the competition in this season's "All-Stars" contest with her celebrity partner, NFL great Emmitt Smith, from dreaming of reality-TV love.

"I've been so unlucky with dates for myself," she told Access Hollywood. "So why not have someone else pick them for me."

Burke, a two-time winner of the show's coveted mirrorball trophy, has been lucky with her high-profile partners on the show, including former U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay, entertainer Wayne Newton and singer Drew Lachey, but says the time she has devoted to them and the show is keeping her from finding a real-life soulmate.

"It sounds crazy, but I'm so married to my work that I rarely meet new people. I'm around the same people all the time, I've been on this show for nearly a decade," Burke told a reporter from Us. "Over the summer I dated a couple of guys and it turned out all bad, so I just figured if someone were to make the choice for me, then maybe I'd have a better chance of meeting someone good."

A representative for Burke confirmed her comments today to ABCNews.com, and echoed ABC's assertion that no specific deal is in the works.
