Much more on this special day. We'll start here with some breaking news, tropical storm clawedette bearing down on the gulf coast. Heavy rain and winds pounding the coastline overnight, Louisiana governor's declaring a state of emergency ahead of the storm as the state recently ravaged by flooding braces for more with Alabama and Mississippi also getting hit this morning. We have team coverage, elwyn Lopez is on the ground but we begin with rob Marciano. This came onshore and named a tropical storm. The center of it is to the west of New Orleans, 45 miles per hour winds. Well east of this system. We have tornado watches posted pl you can see this line coming in where the winds have gusted over 50 miles per hour. That means we could see another five, six as much as a foot of rain this weekend. Foding is coming. You'll be watching for us throughout the morning and the weekend. Rob, thank you.
