One night, Mortimer's mother took him upstairs to go to bed. Reporter: Ms. "B" has not seen her students at D.C. Bilingual public charter school in Washington, D.C., for weeks. But they see her, and her storytime. The story that we are going to be reading today is "Goldilocks and the three bears." Hi, David. Reporter: Ms. "B" telling us today her hope for her students and for students across this county. We're better together.
