Finally tonight here, proof, and we've always known this, that our teachers are "America strong." Tonight, as she's done so many nights, second grade teacher Ms. "B," Imani Baucom, is getting ready to read to her students a bedtime story. One night, Mortimer's mother took him upstairs to go to bed. Reporter: Ms. "B" has not seen her students at D.C. Bilingual public charter school in Washington, D.C., for weeks. But they see her, and her storytime. The story that we are going to be reading today is "Goldilocks and the three bears." Hi, David. Reporter: Ms. "B" telling us today her hope for her students and for students across this county. We're better together. Delivery day. Reporter: So many teachers going above and beyond. In Livermore, California, kindergarten teacher Heidi Robinson, Marylin avenue elementary school. She's been packing up lesson plans and bringing them to her students. Hello! Reporter: Standing at a proper distance, she sees 5-year-old rishiv Kapoor with his dad vaneesh. Ms. Robinson says the children aren't used to seeing her outside of school. But they love it. Big, big hug. Reporter: You can see them both motioning their hugs from afar. The real one, one day soon. Bye! Reporter: Back in D.C., Ms. "B" getting ready for her next storytime. We're going to have a brand new read aloud of "Lily's purple plastic purse".
