Greiner: You know I have millions of viewers that are already watching my show on QVC. Lori is irritating because of the QVC thing. Very difficult to get into QVC. Qvc. Qvc. It's irritating because it's such a good angle. That's the power of what we can do just by one infomercial spot. I can get you... Yeah, Lori talks too long. I completely understand both of you. I get you. I have lived it for 17 years. She yawns on and on on the set. Lori thinks that she is the best in everybody's industry. I can tell instantly if it's a hero or a zero, and I'm sorry. I think this is a zero. She knows heroes or zeroes, a pet brand. She knows everything about everything. I think what you've got here is a hero. I remember what changed my mind about her forever. There was a little piece of crap called readerest, and the guy wanted like half a million dollars or something, and she's actually interested. I looked over to her and said, "Are you out of your mind?! Like, this is a piece of crap." You know, I like the product, guys. And you know what readerest is doing this year in sales? $8.2 million. Let's rock, Lori! We're gonna rock. Thanks, guys. Narrator: Instead of preying on Lori, the other sharks should probably be praising her for hooking the daddy of all deals, the one product that shot straight to the top, shattering records. I would guess it was the, um, piece-of-crap sponge. Narrator: He's right. It's... Woman: Scrub daddy! Man: There's no chemicals at all, and it's gonna cut right through that. Narrator: America's new favorite sponge has been cleaning up. Scrub daddy is the most successful "Shark tank" product to date. We are closing in on almost $16 million in sales within just over a year. I wouldn't be surprised if he does $30 million in the next year. Krause: Before I went on "Shark tank," we had almost zero presence in retail chains. We couldn't get a single store to return a phone call. The night that "Shark tank" airs, our website exploded. Within the first hour, we probably had 30,000 to 40,000 hits. Scrub daddy is now available in just about every major retail chain nationwide, including Walmart, bed bath & beyond, Amazon, and QVC. The sky's the limit. Krause: This is, you know, one of the new family members that we're working on. This will be called "Scrub daisy." Yeah. And these are interchangeable heads... Yeah. ...Of different sizes for cleaning stuff like water bottles. All of these line extensions, to me, these are all heroes. When I went into the shark tank, I had a dream. What I want to do is set up an independent manufacturing facility with automated equipment. This is so huge! I think we could get two 747s in here, maybe more! Maybe even a cruise ship. This is our new corporate headquarters. We'll probably be able to move 10 million scrub daddys next year out of this building. When Lori and I first had our conversation shortly after "Shark tank"... You got a deal. Got a deal. Good. All right! Krause: ...I knew right away that we had a connection. We've become really close, personal friends. My kids refer to her and her husband as "Aunt Lori and uncle Dan." I'd like to propose a toast to Lori for believing in us, to American entrepreneurship, which is alive and well, and to "Shark tank" for creating all of these unbelievable successes. Narrator: And with that spirit in mind, the sharks have a message for all would-be entrepreneurs and inventors out there -- keep dreaming big. He's gonna be rich! Ba-bam! What are you watching when you watch "Shark tank"? You're watching the pursuit of freedom. We did it! Hey! What does it mean to be rich? You're free. Doesn't always happen, but every once in a while, you just know that deal's going to make that person rich. I love it. I love it. It's the essence of the American dream. Who doesn't want to be free? Cheers! Cheers! Cheers!
