Reporter: The mother of that 19-year-old Finnegan elder says there must be some explanation as to why her son acted the way authorities say he did. This morning, parents of the two American teenagers accused of murdering an Italian police officer speaking out in an interview with the Italian newspaper "La stampa," the mother of Finnegan elder claiming her son is a thoughtful boy.
