I feel fortunate and blessed to be seen here today. I first and foremost like to thank god my family and friends. Throughout this ordeal and put my testing god and my medical team. I am on my way back to recovery even after plaques on how many others have not been so fortunate. Of course I am still handling thankful for everyone involved in my care. From the moment I came became ill and was admitted to Texas health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. That's a today my discharge from the clinical research center of antiques. I would especially like to thank doctor Kent grant me for a selfless act of donating plasma TE. As a nurse at a special appreciation for the care and received from so many people. Not just stuck his doctors and nurse says but the entire support team. I believe in the power of prayer because I know so many people all over the world have been praying for. I do not know how I thank you never think you everyone enough for their prayers and their expressions of concern and hope and love. I hope that people understand that this illness and this whole experience has been Dave stressful and challenging for me and from my family. Though I no longer have people.
