Reporter: It's the biggest secret wedding ever, after a three-year engagement and constant guessing about just when they would finally tie the knot, Jennifer aniston and Justin Theroux made it official Wednesday night. The Hollywood power couple getting married in the backyard of their Bel Air home. The yard made into a casual lounge with cozy nooks, ottomans, a raised stage. More than 70 guests were invited including former cast mates and longtime friends Lisa kudrow and courteney cox. As well as Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia and comedians Chelsea handler and jimmy Kimmel. They all thought they were invited to are a birthday party for Justin instead treated to a surprise. They were very motivated by when they thought they could get away with it. You know, they were walking this sort of tightrope between wanting an actual real wedding, not something that was super duper casual and last minute but also not wanting to do the big George and Amal blow-out that would have drawn a ton of attention and photographers camped out for days. It's a balancing act and had to find the sweet spot which clearly they did. We heard Jen say, don't worry, friends, I will let you know. But -- Not so much. No. No. You know, she seemed to pull it off a little bit because from what we can see of people arriving, nobody was in cutoffs and t-shirts. They all knew, come on. People were dressing up and there was -- there was a lot of sort of smoke and mirrors because it was Justin's birthday so she has celebrated that this time roughly every year. I know because this time roughly every year we have watched that birthday party to see if it would turn into a wedding so I think shy probably let people be as suspicious as they needed or wanted to be this time around and it paid off if you wore your nice clothes to the birthday barbecue. People arrived and didn't leave. Reports are that courteney cox, her maid of honor stayed till 3:00 A.M. She was one of the last guests to leave. You go, girl. Apparently I think sol of her friends were not sure if it includes courteney cox headed off to bora bora with them. That's what we know about the honeymoon is bora bora.
