And I believe that we have further to go but as a company we want to do the right thing and we're improving every day it's not a straight line but I do think as a company. We are now the kind of company that you can be proud of to work for and hopefully company that us consumer you can be proud of using that service is one what's the biggest culture changed since you joined. The biggest culture change. For losses this idea do the right thing which is it's not about growth. But only about growth but it's about growth in partnership its growth with responsibility. Ultimately we're going after car ownership. It's a six trillion dollar transportation high and their can be a lot of winners and we can be the leader. But it doesn't mean that are winning has become of the cost of others we can win as a team and we can win. With a lot of other players and that means dialogue and these transparency. And I think we're actually take in the right direction there.
