Reporter: After the NFL surprised the polarizing quarterback with a hastily organized workout at the falcons training facility, Kaepernick audibled, changing the venue half an hour before it was scheduled to begin. Moving it nearly 60 miles away, freeing it from the league's control. Our biggest thing with everything today was making sure we had transparency in what went on. We weren't getting that elsewhere so we came out here. Reporter: The 32-year-old and the league disputing several terms, including allowing his own camera crew to film the event.
