Transcript for Nor'easter forecast as storm moves in
Rob has weather. A lot still trying to make their way home. Some getting an extended the whole team tracking it. Good morning, rob. Good morning, T.J. What we had left yesterday morning to beat any of this, a slow-moving system and only growing in size. It started off as sleet and freezing rain and snow and now changed to rain in some spots. All snow before too long. Winter storm warnings posted as far south as Asheville, north Carolina, and the core is across parts of the northeast. Let's okoumou into that. It has been all snow all the time for parts of central and eastern New York, anywhere you go about an hour north of the city, I-90, I-87 north of Poughkeepsie all snow. And then 6 to 12 inches additionally of what they already have from Syracuse, binghamton and Albany across the border into Massachusetts where they'll see significant amounts of snow then 1 to 3 in New York City, Philadelphia up through Boston could see another 5, 6 inches of snow when it turns back to snow. Right now it's rain across parts of the northeast, 6:30 during the afternoon rush, snow, all snow, I-95 and tomorrow morning all snow in Boston so a long duration event here for the first week of December.
