Now to the latest on the search for those missing Idaho siblings and the mystery surrounding their mother who police say is on the run. Now, her oldest son is begging her to come home. Attorneys for Lori's ex-husband says he feared for his life and the safety of his children. Lori and her new husband are now on the run. The brother of two missing Idaho kids making an emotional plea. Mom, I want to talk to you like I'm sitting across the room from you. Reporter: That's Colby Ryan sending a message to his mother, Lori voluntary, who they say has continued to be uncooperative after his siblings went missing late last year. I just need this to end for tylee and J.J. And all of us. This is not okay. Reporter: Family members sailorry and her current husband Chad daybell say J.J. Who was adopted and has special needs was staying with a friend in Arizona. Police say they later learned that was a lie. Authorities sailorry also told some witnesses her daughter had died a year ago. And this morning, new details are calling into question Lori Vallow's state of mind. In a newly obtained 2019 court document Lori Vallow's fourth husband asked the court for custody of their child pointing to her newfound religious beliefs and the court document Charles Vallow claims Lori told him she could not trust Vallow and that she would not only kill him but would destroy him financely. Five months later he was killed shot by Lori's brother in a dispute still being investigated and that brother who shot Vallow's ex-husband also died last month. This as police are also investigating the death of Lori's new husband's previous wife.
