Thanks very much. Now to South Dakota's attorney general. Under fire and facing impeachment following his involvement in a deadly he is not backing down and Alex Perez has the latest. Reporter: South Dakota attorney general Jason roundsberg is facing impeachment from a deadly car accident last September and the release of two recorded interviews with investigators. I'm thinking it's a deer at this point. Reporter: He says he called the sheriff to report the late night crash and then was allowed to leave the scene before returning the next morning in a car borrowed from the sheriff. That's when he says he first discovered Joseph beaver had been killed. But investigators later challenging his claim that he didn't see beaver before or after the accident pointing to the victim's glasses found in the attorney general's front floorboard. They're Joe's glasses. I wondered about that. That means his face came through your windshield. His glasses are right there, Jason, those are Joe's. Reporter: Police say cell phone data shows minutes after the crash he walked right past the 55-year-old who had been walking with a flashlight before he was hit. Also had to walk by the light. That's the really confusing again, the light is still on. The flashlight did light up and glowing. Reporter: The governor calling on the attorney general to resign, but he insists he has no plans to resign saying, at no time has this issue impeded his ability to do the work of the office. And Joe Boever's family is frustrated and disappointed that the attorney general has not been charged with his death. You can understand the family feeling that way. Thank you.
