It's been used by so many as a miracle remedy for premature aging and wrinkles but now you're starting to see 20-year-olds use it too raising questions about safety and effectiveness, here's abc's linsey davis. Reporter: Not a crease nor wrinkle could be found on clara's forehead and counting on botox to keep it that way. How do you know that the botox is actually helping you to stay younger. Well, I have one or two wrinkles starting to come out like on my forehead. After the botox I didn't see it at all. Reporter: It all started out as treatment for her migraines but now -- something you would continue to do to continue to look -- oh, yeah, I will. I will continue doing. Reporter: Battling the sands of time with botox use is increasingly becoming a trend FOR WOMEN IN THEIR 20s, EVEN Teens. I had a lot of 27 and 28-year-olds especially ex-tanners that spoke that I do consistently every three to four months.
