In Washington the election in Western Pennsylvania is seen as an indicator of the country's political pulse just more than one year into the trump presidency. Overnight though it's still being counted in a razor thin special election. A little after midnight. Democratic candidate Connor land declaring victory just a 579. Vote lead over Republican Mexico. And more than thirteen hundred absentee ballots still outstanding. It took a little longer than we thought but we did it. Republicans not ready to concede you know we're still fighting the fight it's not a react. We're gonna fight all the laid it all go away and the race being watched from around the country as a Bellwether of what sitcom in the mid term elections president trump stumping for -- tone over the weekend.
