Reporter: Tonight, an investigation into what led to this roller coaster crash at an amusement park about three hours outside London, seriously injuring four, including three teens. This afternoon, a car full of riders slamming into an empty car stuck on the tracks. Oh, my god. Reporter: The force of the collection wedging the cars together. All of a sudden, you heard a big bang and everyone started screaming. Reporter: The accident leaving about a dozen riders dangling 26 feet above the ground for more than four and a half hours, before rescuers were able to evacuate them. Statistically, amusement park rides are safe. Experts noting the chances of being injured are one in 24 million.
