His family revealing that they called for help not once but twice that day because Wallace was in the midst of a mental health crisis. This morning, they are calling for peace as the National Guard has now been mobilized to help maintain order here in Philadelphia. Overnight, turmoil in Philadelphia. Demonstrators arrested, others wrestled to the ground as anger spilled into the streets following the death of Walter Wallace Jr., a man allegedly armed with a knife and shot by police earlier this week. The unrest sparking a second night of looting. Walmart and other local businesses ransacked throughout the night. Wallace's family now demanding an end to the violence.
