The doctor stated woods was awake, responsive and recovering in his hospital room. The L.A. County sheriff's office ruling that the crash that totaled his SUV was, quote, purely an accident and that they don't expect any charges at this time. Tiger Woods was the only person in the car at the time. No other vehicles were involved.
