fourth of July shopping. Holiday weekends mean holiday sales, so our queen of patriotic discounts, Becky Worley, joins us from San Francisco with the stars and stripes and savings. Becky, what do you got for us? They all go together now, Dan. We're going to start this star-spangled savings event in nothing says can-do spirit like a DIY home improvement project. So Lowe's has craftsman tools up to 40% off. Also, we're pretty much in our homes 24/7 on lockdowns, so let's redecorate. Target has 15% off furniture, and crate & barrel has a big 30% off sale including, Dan, outdoor furniture. Love the outdoors. Any deals for exploring the great outdoors? Yes. I am personally very focused on this. I'm going backpacking next weekend. We're hiking one full mile into the national forest so backcountry.com has summer solstice sales where you can take 40% off brand name items like patagonia and north face. Dick's sporting goods, they're having a garage sale, up to 75% off, curbside pickup within an hour of ordering. Columbia outdoor clothing, pretty much 25% off everything on their site. Can you say rain jacket? And rei has a sleeping pad on sale. This is one I'm getting, the one I like, it's 30% off, $69 and this is important because as the old adage goes, if momma doesn't sleep well camping, nobody has any fun camping, Dan. Yes. My wife is often telling me the adage, happy wife, happy life, but, by the way, is a mile a long hike? No. I was just checking. But it does count as backpacking. It's longer than the hike I'll do. So these savings weekends are an opportunity to strategize. What do you mean by that? Think about any big ticket items you need to purchase in the next few months, so we're talking appliances. They're on sale at Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy all touting 40% off. Mattresses, all online brands and chain stores offering at least 10% off. In some cases more. Best Buy with a tech sale, a surface pro, $360 off. Now, these aren't Black Friday prices, but they're the best you'll see until the back to school sales start. I think I just said back to school. I am so sorry. Let's just celebrate America. Go outside. I can tell you there are a lot of parents who are very happy to hear the words back to school. Hope it happens. You may be right. Becky, thank you very much. Really appreciate it. Happy fourth.
