Ginger has been getting in on the action all morning long. Talk to me about this workout. Why do you love it. I love it. It is a great full body workout. Half kick boxes, mma boxing, all that strike training with some body weight like squats, moves like that for strength training. Is there anybody that shouldn't do this? I mean, this is good for anybody. It's not too high impact. No, we punch things, here at the livestream I'm showing you how to shadow box. Anyone can do it. And anywhere. Anywhere, anyone. Anyone like ginger zee. Miss ginger zee, you've been doing it all morning long. I love it. You said you're using this as a workout today. Totally. This is going to be my workout. I only need 30 minutes of cardio but we're getting an hour with all of you. You do a lot of different things. Why do you like this. I like this because anybody like again you don't need anything, you don't need -- you can be at home just waking up and I want to move and you move and then it's done and it's done for the day and you go on. No equipment. Right. I love that. Obviously it's working. Show us, if you will, Layla, a couple moves. First move we'll do is a boomerang, hands up, jab, cross, slip. Cross, jab slip, jab, cross slip, so you're working your core and your arms, it's all moving. Second move I'll show you is the bob and weave. You'll squat down, this is nice for your legs. We work the upper body, squat down, shift your weight to the other side, come together and stand up. You got leg, upper body, core. You got it all. Keep it all tight. Keep the core tight.
