A woman claims Vitale groped her and kissed her while offering to take a stealthy with her at a local restaurant. The alleged victim is suing the tally her lawyer says she believes that the criminal cases going forward. Meanwhile his lawyer says the shaft denies the charges and expects to be fully vindicated so what Maxwell a pretrial hearing was scheduled for July. But a judge says Vitale did not need to be in the courtroom for that hearing. For ABC news in Boston I'm Katie top ten.
