Reporter: Last year, subscriptions to video streaming services surpassed cable subscriptions for the first time. Disney-plus, priced at $6.99 a month, costs about half that of Netflix, the biggest streaming provider currently. According to Disney, the parent company of ABC, initial demand for disney-plus exceeding "High expectations," causing disruptions for some customers.
