Reporter: A manhunt tonight following these ten seconds of terror, as a man opens fire on this New York City street, narrowly missing a young girl. You can see her here wearing pink pants and a backpack as she turns and runs into an open alleyway. I heart dropped when I saw the little girl running for her life. Reporter: It happened in the bronx last Friday afternoon. Police say the suspect approached a 19-year-old male pulled out a gun and fired three rounds. That little girl running up the stairs to escape the gunfire. Police say no one was injured. But they're now asking for the public's help in identifying this man in what appears to be a blue hoodie.
