We all know the grinches are out there, trolling neighborhoods, stealing your holiday packages. One group of neighbors had enough. So they set a trap, turning the tables on the bad guy. Neil Karlinsky with the story. Reporter: 'Tis the season for porch pirates to treat delivers like a free for all. This woman using a U haul to do it. We assume they are going to the wrong place. Reporter: This woman and her neighbors have been hit. This big box left on her porch. An easy target. But it's empty. Sure enough, someone snatched it and when they did, she got the license plate number but look inside. A pile of boxes filling the car. He looked at me and that is where I was like, I snapped your picture. I got your picture. I'm going to call the cops. Reporter: She has plastered the neighborhood with fliers including pictures of the thief. She is not the only one fighting back. This homeowner catches a thief on five separate cameras including a face shot so clear, he posted the video on Facebook. Police made an arrest in just 24 hours.
