Transcript for Tom Brady describes life after Super Bowl loss
We're back now with Tom Brady, the superstar patriots qb and all-around great guy. Always seem to come out on top. But this year, came up just short when his team lost in the super bowl of course to the eagles. Now in an exclusive clip from his Facebook watch show, Tom versus time, he talked about how he turned that disappointment into a teachable moment for his children. I was the first time I had seen my kids really react in that way. Benny was crying. They were sad for me. And sad for the patriots. But, I just said to them, I said, look, guys, this is a great lesson. You know, we don't always win, we try our best and sometimes it doesn't go the way we want. Yeah, his kids are getting older. They have an idea of what their dad really does and the disappointment of that super bowl loss. He has three kids and five ring, so, he needs one more so each of them get two. They needed that moment. You only really learn when you lose. That's the truth. I got to say it's compelling, it's the sixth and the final episode of Tom versus time. The project I was involved in, it airs on Facebook watch. Tom Brady will be here live on Monday morning with us. First time we have talked to him since the super bowl. Yeah. We're looking forward to that. Coming up -- we continue to be live up and down the east coast, tracking the nor'easter.
