Back now with holiday cheer from Disney at the magic kingdom in Orlando. The park is decked out for Christmas and chef Kevin downing is there to share great Thanksgiving leftover recipes that everyone in the family will love. So get the kids, we're going to Disney world. Good morning to you, Kevin. Good morning, and welcome to the Walt Disney world resort. So the Disney parks are really getting into the holiday spirit. Disney does Christmas so well. Decking the theme parks in such a big way. Tell us what's going on down there. Well, like you said the theme parks are decked out and all of their holiday finest and our chefs are busy at work creating some delicious holiday treats and today starts the first day of the taste of epcot's international festival of the holidays where we're featuring 18 holiday kitchens with tasty treats from across the country and around the world. Speaking of tasty treat, Kevin, my mouth is watering, that's why it took a beat to get to this. We'll talk about your special dish called leftover stuffing waffles. Holy cow so it's got everything, the cranberry sauce, the stuffing, Turkey, mashed potatoes, tell bus this delicious meal. So just like everyone else, we have a giant holiday feast at epcot and we have leftovers as well so our dish is designed to use those leftovers in a fun way that's unique and the whole family can join in and prepare. Love that and I understand as we're chowing down here, you also have so variations on the stuffing waffle. Tell us about that. Yeah, so this is all about family and your traditions so we can do this dish in a number of different ways. If you're vegetarian you can put the mashed potatoes in, macaroni and chill, make a grilled cheese and stack it with Turkey and green beans, cranberry sauce, whatever you like. We'll get started and start with our waffle so right now I have some leftoverffing and we're going to make our waffle mix by adding just a little bit of heavy cream and a couple eggs. And then I'm just going to give this a good stir and try to get it incorporated really well. This will be the base for our waffles. Luckily I prepared some earlier this morning so we're going to move right to our waffle maker which has been heating and prepared it with a little olive oil and cooking spray so I'll take my waffle mix and fill my waffle maker and this waffle batter is a little bit thicker so you'll want to just go ahead and kind of push it down into the previous advises of your waffle maker. And then we're going to go ahead and close our waffle maker and let it do its . It's going to take about three to five minutes depending on your waffle maker and how you like waffles. If you like them extra crispy, leave them in a little bit longer but just like Walt Disney world a little Disney imagine -- magic, we have them prepared. I'll take a couple waffles and as can you see we have a full feast of holiday fixings so I'll take a couple pieces of Turkey, and I really love mashed potatoes so I'll load it up with mashed potatoes a little bit of gravy and then some cranberry sauce because, of course, you have to have the cranberry sauce.
