So last week, I made an announcement that I'm having a baby, and my friend, Michael, here made a very bold statement about labor and it's on tape. I joke about this all the time that I could handle being pregnant. Oh, sweetie. We should get one of those machines, Rory. You could hook me up. The man have a -- That simulates labor pain. They can't simulate the best part which is right when they are coming out. I'll order one right now. Okay. So Michael, be careful what you wish for because we have a physical therapist here and she is going to hook you up to an electrical machine to help you experience this labor you long for. Come on over. Hi, Cynthia. How are you? Cynthia, thank you. All I'm saying is I ain't scared of no baby. Okay. Cynthia, while we get Michael hooked up, I'll ask you some questions. Let's get him set up. On a serious note, physical therapy can help -- Everybody's asking where the stirrups are. Physical therapy can help a lot as you're pregnant and recovering. I have diastasis so I know this is important. It's the separation of the abs. Many women experience this function while pregnant or post-partum, and physical therapists are trained in women's health that can address things that you can experience things like low back pain, diastasis which creates weakness in your core, pelvic floor pain. Keep breathing, Michael. Yeah. Yeah. So women that experience pain can seek treatment and guidance. Don't touch me. I'm a physical therapist. That's real women. Get away from me. This is all your fault! Something like that. You're going to want to keep breathing. This in no way is, like, real because you don't have a placenta. This is how I would be. Come on, baby. I think there are twins in there. Quit shaking. Your anxiety is showing. All I can tell you is this though -- Do you want some ginger ale? Please. Give me ale. It takes the edge off. And some ice. I'll feed you ice chips. We'll start off slow like a real contraction starts and then it ramps you. He is going to start out strong. He does have twins at home so I feel like we should make this more realistic. There might be two in there. I see it. All right. Well, you know, I talked to a -- thank you. You're welcome, baby. I talked to a few guys in the audience before we started and they felt -- We can start doing this. Let's start. See his abs, look. I won't go below the curtain. You can't unsee that. Oh, yeah. Oh, that feels like a good massage. Hey, doc. Stop trying to prove a point. I think it's a big baby. The strahans have big babies. So how much -- It's definitely a nine-pounder. Keep going. Bring it on. Oh, yeah. I see you moving. This is amazing. That's the machine moving. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. Do you want to hold my hand? You don't want me to break your hand. Okay. So we'll stop. The contraction we'll do one more. Why are you stopping? He's not even crying yet. Contractions go like this. Contractions go -- you know that. Sometimes they're fierce and they are friends and they come next to each other. You just want me to be in a lot of pain. Do you want some ice chips, baby? Yes, please, thank you. I said please. Remember. We're in this together. Okay. Okay. How are you feeling? Can you jack it up while we go to commercial? I feel like -- Oh. Oh. It might be an octomom
