Now to the mass shooting at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis. We're learning new details about the victims and the history of the suspect. ABC's will Carr is in Indianapolis with the latest on this investigation. Good morning, will. Reporter: Good morning, Eva. Here we are covering another mass shooting here in the united States. This one took place in just a matter of minutes when a former employee showed up and started shooting. In the hours afterwards, family members rushed to a local hotel where they waited in anguish to find out what happened to their loved ones. This morning, new details emerging as authorities comb the crime scene after a mass shooting at an Indianapolis FedEx facility, the second largest FedEx express hub in the world. Caller heard ten shots. From near the front of the entrance. Reporter: Police say a 19-year-old killed eight people in the massacre and wounded five others before taking his own life. Now we're learning more about the victims, all eight have been identified by police, their ages range from 19 to 74. Half the victims members of the local sikh community according to the sikh coalition. Speaking to "Gma" overnight, one woman related to two of the victims says she's hoping family members from India can pay their respects. We can't even schedule a funeral but we have to make sure that our cousin and my sister's brother can get here to see her one last time. Reporter: The family was planning a child's birthday party this weekend. They're now in mourning. And that's it. Everything is gone. Reporter: Online a gofundme set up for another victim killed in the attack, 19-year-old samaria Blackwell. Her family's chaplain said she had worked at the facility for about two months. The FBI says it questioned the suspected shooter in March of 2020 after his mom told police she was concerned he might be planning a suicide by cop. Agents questioned the teen but did not charge him. Shooter is a white male wearing a hat, has a machine gun. Reporter: Fast forward to Thursday night. Authorities say the 19-year-old, a former employee, started shooting in the parking lot at the FedEx hub. He then moved inside randomly spraying gunfire killing employees. Over the last month, there's been a rash of mass shootings in the united States including ten people killed in Colorado, eight in Georgia, six in South Carolina and four in southern California, and here in Indianapolis, there have been three, count them, three mass shootings this year alone.
