This all happened at 5:30 this morning as marshals were serving a warrant on 35-year-old Andre sterling, wanted for shooting a Massachusetts state trooper two weeks ago. Sterling was killed in the shoot another suspect was hurt. All three law enforcement officers are being treated for nonlife threatening injuries. We are also following a developing story out of long Island where firefighters are at the scene of a fire in Nassau video shot from newscopter 7 shows smoke rising from the roof of an auto body shop officials say flames erupted earlier this morning on urban avenue in Westbury.
