All right time for the "Download." A hack for handling stress when you need to be at your best in all sort of situations. I recently spoke to modupe akinola, a stress researcher at the Columbia business school. So, so many times we need stress in order to be at our best if we're going into a big meeting with our boss or if you're going to talk to a loved one. Your point is, stress is not always bad. Absolutely. Stress is our body preparing for action. One thing that is critical is having the right mindset about stress. Do you think, oh, my goodness, stress is deliberating, or it gives me the alertness or focus I need to tackle the stressful situation. Your body getting you ready to be at your best.
