Reporter: The phrase blonde bombshell is normally a figure of speech. Not in this case. This morning, a greeny tamara hill is being called the beauty queen bomber. Late friday night, lerl i saturday morning, the people heard explosions. Reporter: They could face charges for throwing incendiary devices at affluent homes in this utah neighborhood. Among the apparent targets, the ex-girlfriend of the boy driving the car. A good, speed, good kid. Wouldn't do anything to fight anybody. Authorities say they made crude bombs, filling plastic platter bottles with water, a cleanless device and aluminum. Gas quickly belds up. And they blow up with enough force to remove a limb. They can use property damage and bodily harm to individuals. Can be deadly in some cases. Reporter: Incendiary bombs are not world peace. Now, her arrest, threatens to scuttle her hopes of becoming miss utah. Miss utah isn't commenting. She could soon face multiple appearances in court.
