This morning marks the 30th annual world AIDS day. A time to raise awareness and unite the fight against-a HIV and AIDS. Her work was recently honored in Los Angeles. Take a look. Charlize Theron's Africa outreach project has raised millions to educate and empower African children. The goal to prevent HIV infection particularly in south Africa which has the highest HIV population in the world. And dream became a reality because of each and every single person in this room. I'm Geoffrey Zakarian. This is a very special culinary experience for a good cause. Things are about to get really delicious on "Gma." First of all we've roasted this squash. Okay. Squash is one thing that you put it in the oven. If you cook it 50 minutes or 90 minutes doesn't matter. You can't mess it up. Very simple. Extra virgin olive oil. A little sherry wine vinegar.
