Now, to the rivers across the midwest, hard-hit by some of the worst flooding in years. More rain is on the way. Alex Perez is joining us this morning from St. Paul, Minnesota. Good morning, Alex. Reporter: Good morning, robin. The fast-moving waters have been rising all week. You can see just how high they are. Look at that lamppost there. It's almost completely under water. In some areas, you can't tell where the sidewalk ends and the river begins. Heavy rains and raging floodwaters creating problems from the plains to the east coast. In ft. Worth, Texas, rains are stranding drivers in waist-high waters. A swollen creek, swallowing this amusement park in Arlington, just miles away. In Pennsylvania, flash floods closing roads. Homeowners evacuating their homes voluntarily. It was halfway up my screen door. Reporter: Massive flooding in Lincoln county, South Dakota, keeping farmers in a choke hold. 40% of this farm won't produce anything. Reporter: The town of waterville completely submerged. Mudslides sweeping away this home near la sewer. The traffic is so bad, you won't let cars on this road. We're not letting anybody on this road coming into Blakeley. Reporter: The small town of Blakeley, Minnesota, hit hard. All major roads flooded or like this one, split open and washing away. We had a record amount of rain in Minnesota. 15 inches of rainfall. And we've not even completed the month. Reporter: All across the state, nonstop sandbagging. Resilient residents, turning to each other for help. I am overwhelmed with a bunch of great friends, neighbors, friends of friends, trying to help me save my house from the flood. Reporter: The good news is, the Mississippi river here is expected to crest today. The bad news is, the forecast calls for more rain through the weekend.
