First the exclusive new video from the interrogation room where you see the woman accused of killing her fiancee during a kayaking trip on new York's Hudson river. In this video obtained by ABC news in between rounds of questions from investigators angelique Ka appears to be doing what looks like yoga poses. For the very latest on the case as well as tapes and bizarre yoga moves over to ABC's Tai Hernandez. Good morning. Tai. Reporter: It first captured attention when she took to Facebook with photos of herself smiling and doing cartwheels after her fiance drowned. Now we have that video that's raising some eyebrows. This morning, intriguing and never before seen footage obtained by ABC news of Angelika graswald accused of murdering her fiance, Vincent while kayaking back in April. She panicked in this 911 call. What's your emergency? My fiance fell in thewater. Can you please call anybody? He's getting further and further away from me. He's going to drown. Reporter: Police say Vincent's drowning was no accident charging graswald with his murder just days after she placed that 911 call. Her behavior puzzling during a 12-hour interrogation in late April. Surveillance footage showing graswald doing what seems to be yoga poses throughout the night. At one point graswald even admits to removing the drain plug from Vincent's kayak. The most important evidence that the prosecution may have here could be her own statements incriminating statements that she made. Why didn't he have that plug in there. He didn't have it because I guess I had it. Reporter: Graswald's defense lawyer speaking out. It was very grueling for her, they were not fair to her. And, you know, by the way she did not confess to killing Vincent. There are many reasons why he died. My client removing that drain plug was not one of them. Reporter: That small plug is expected to play big in the courtroom. Experts tell us that removing it would afternoon, 3:00, 4:00, 5:00.
