Tell us about being the ambassador and all those volunteers that are going and what your role is. Well, this year it's the 51st super bowl, right, so it started in '65 because I was born I in '66. But, this year is my tenth year at super bowl so I am the host committee's ambassador and also team captain of the 10,000 volunteers on the ground, boots on the ground hosting a million people in Houston. On this you're just going to pour one chopped onion and then I want you to take your favorite barbecue sauce. Okay. A cup of your salsa, thick, dense salsa? Right in the barbecue sauce. Then some chili powder. Then you'll do some cumin. Then you'll mix it up. That slow cooker will be on high. Here's the deal with a slow cooker. You got to put a liquid into the slow cooker for anything to cook so this is our liquid. No water, none of that stuff. Just pour that over the top. Just let it just simmer and cook. 8 to 10 hours on low. This is what the end result will be then you put it here. Then you pull apart, put it back in your pan, add your salt and let this simmer for 30 minutes and you're ready to go. But we're running out of time. Bun, guacamole, cheese. Toast your bun, cheese. We'll do football brownie sandwiches. Love it. Your favorite brownie mix all fine, take the water and exchange it for coffee, thick, rich -- You always have that. Coffee and in the center is a store bought ready made icing but I've added powdered sugar to it to make it more dense and a great sandwich and ice tea or a cola and spiced rum in a football glass.
