Talk about kindness. Spreading a lot of joy, this woman right here. Are you dancing. Sandra Lee is here. Sandra Lee is here. Hi. You know we're just a week away from the super bowl and she is the super bowl host committee ambassador helping us get our game day menu. You have that extra touch. Tell us about being the ambassador and all those volunteers that are going and what your role is. Well, this year it's the 51st super bowl, right, so it started in '65 because I was born I in '66. But, this year is my tenth year at super bowl so I am the host committee's ambassador and also team captain of the 10,000 volunteers on the ground, boots on the ground hosting a million people in Houston. And they're called the superstars so this is the "Houston" magazine with a lot of retouching and makeup and small guide to the best 51 things to do in Houston so you guys got to get a copy of this too. Lots of recipes. Mr. Strahan is from "H" town. That's his town. Houston. That's Michael's town. Yeah, yeah, I mean we're going to hang out when we go down there. I'm waiting down here because I want you to cook so I can eat of hurry up, get down here. The pulled pork. The pulled pork. Okay. So, doesn't matter if you love a falcon or a patriot, I'm just saying the logos look the same. Nothing like the packers. I'm wearing black because they lost. I'm just saying -- Packer fans over there too. Some packer fans over there. Yes, Milwaukee girls. Okay, so here's the deal. It's Houston. We'll take Tex-Mex barbecue pulled pork sandwiches. Smells good. So easy. I'm Sandra Lee, but you're going to do pork loin in your slow cooker. On this you're just going to pour one chopped onion and then I want you to take your favorite barbecue sauce. Okay. A cup of your salsa, thick, dense salsa? Right in the barbecue sauce. Then some chili powder. Then you'll do some cumin. Then you'll mix it up. That slow cooker will be on high. Here's the deal with a slow cooker. You got to put a liquid into the slow cooker for anything to cook so this is our liquid. No water, none of that stuff. Just pour that over the top. Just let it just simmer and cook. 8 to 10 hours on low. This is what the end result will be then you put it here. Then you pull apart, put it back in your pan, add your salt and let this simmer for 30 minutes and you're ready to go. But we're running out of time. Bun, guacamole, cheese. Toast your bun, cheese. We'll do football brownie sandwiches. Love it. Your favorite brownie mix all fine, take the water and exchange it for coffee, thick, rich -- You always have that. Coffee and in the center is a store bought ready made icing but I've added powdered sugar to it to make it more dense and a great sandwich and ice tea or a cola and spiced rum in a football glass. All you did was just put some tape on here. There we go. That's right. Mason jar, that's great.
