Reporter: It's been more than 20 years since sharon stone played the ultimate seductress in "basic instinct." But at 55, the screen siren is still sending pulses racing, especially in this red-hot photo shoot for the cover of "new you" magazine. While she feels fabulous now, stone is talk about the pressures she felt to undergo plastic surgery. Saying, quote, I can't tell you how many doctors try to sell me a face-lift. And aye even gone as far as someone talked me into it. While stone has opted to steer clear to cosmetic surgeries, she admits she understands the instinct to go under the knife. Quote, if you have things you want to fix, you should go right ahead and fix them. I don't think there's anything wrong with cosmetic surgery at all. She admits she experienced her own moments of weakness. Yes, I have come close. But frankly, I think, in the art of aging well, there's this sexuality to have those imperfections. It's sensual, she says. Sharon shows us, you cannot only embrace your sensuality, at her age, but you don't have to be anybody other than who you are. Reporter: People are afraid of changing, that they're losing something. They don't understand that they're also gaining something, stone tells the magazine. She looks like she did 30 years ago. She wants to live fit. She wants to live looking her best and healthy. Reporter: Stone suggests that's her goal, to not only age gracefully, but to enjoy every minute of it.
