And and China reports this week that they had five ships going. Into the Arctic places they haven't been before in the Bering Sea. I've heard and read the same reports. Their they're steaming and international orders but what does that tell you. The tells me that they are developing capabilities to expand their reach that they have. Economic interest that they intend to pursue. It tells me that the more they assert themselves the more they're likely to interact with us in the more responsibility we both have to avoid miscalculation. And interactions that could be unsafe it's C and an air it tells me we should be more engaged with them and it tells me that. You know we we have to help. Allow China to become peaceful and prosperous in rise economically without become threatening to we have 5 alliances in the Pacific and we intend to live up to those alliances.
