In today's tech -- get ready for paper -- on the Internet the FCC today will announce new rules permitting companies. Providing programming to pay for better faster service critics say that will give an edge to the huge media conglomerates with deep pockets. Meanwhile some of HBO's programming is going to be streamed exclusively to Amazon prime customers starting next month. It's the first online streaming deal for HBO it's big win for Amazon as it battles Netflix and Hulu. FaceBook now has more than one and a quarter billion regular users and two thirds of them log in every day Americans spend about a fifth of their time on mobile phones checking FaceBook. The company's profits tripled in the first quarter. And many world leaders and celebrities are taking -- fees with their cell phones but it's not college graduates so these are banned.
