At approximately 505 PM. Male walked to the federal building at 201 batter extreme right behind me. As he approached the metal detectors and security screening area. The mail immediately pulled out a gun. And shot the security guard at close range. He proceeded through the security area. And headed towards the elevator great captain another employee. At this point. The suspect shot himself and Ed. The suspect is dead on the same. We are working with the tentative ID at this morning. You know working closely with the federal authorities including the HS. The FBI. And others to determine the suspects' motives. At this time it appears there no other suspects are seeing. In the building is secure. We are at the very preliminary stages of this investigation based on what we know now. At this point there is no indication of a nexus to terrorism.
